MISSION STATEMENT
We the Catholic community of Our Lady of Fatima and Queen of All Saints, united by faith, are called by God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to evangelize and assist in the faith formation of all. We are committed to encourage, affirm and call forth everyone into participation by providing opportunity for ministry. We seek to deepen our personal relationship with Jesus Christ Our Savior and provide an environment in which all have an opportunity for a greater sense of communion, family and community.

Dear Friends, You are a blessing! Recently, I added up the total gifts that you have made possible over the years. Since 2002, the Central Washing-ton Catholic Foundation has awarded near ly $2,000,000 to par ishes and schools – primarily to support and promote Catholic education. That is a big number and it would not be possible without your faithful, generous Gifts of Faith! Please join myself and the Trustees for the Friends of the Foundation luncheon on Wednesday, March 29th. The luncheon will be held at St. Andrew Parish in Ellensburg and will start at 11:45. I ensure that you will be uplifted and inspired as we recap the Teach-ing of the Faith in 2016. I encourage you to invite a friend to join you in sharing in this celebration. In view of the fact that St. Patrick's Day this year falls on a Friday of Lent, I hereby grant a dispensation from the Church's law of abstinence for all in the Diocese of Ya-kima. I also request that all who avail themselves of this dispensation perform some other work of penance, for ex-ample: • a prayerful visit to Christ in the Blessed Sacrament • fasting from watching a television show
• visiting someone who is sick or in prison
We do penance in imitation of Jesus' fast of 40 days in the desert, eager to draw nearer to him in love.

BOOK CLUB
The book club had its first meeting, and enthusiasm was high. The book discussed was “I Have Been Waiting for You”, by Fr. Larry Gosselin, OFM. For those who were not able to attend, or anyone else who would like to join us, we are meeting on Thursday evening, March 30, at 6:00 p.m. in the church library.
