Coping & PositionerAll DUALOCK® abutments include a new coping and positioner system for easy insertion of the abutment to implant, facilitating threading and manipulation by hand.

The DUALOCK® abutments are available for all common implant systems with external and internal conections. Other types can be produced on demand.

The external design assures full compatibility with the Locator’s abutments used for such solutions. This means DUALOCK® Overdenture System is 100% compatible with Zest LOCATOR®.

Abutment Straight available in 6 different gingival heights: from 1 to 6 mm.

Abutment Angled with angulation 15º available in 2 different gingival heights : 1.5 and 3.0 mm.The screw head is hexagonal 1.25 mm.

The abutments are coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN).

The DUALOCK® Retention Z are manufactured in PEEK, is a high-performance polymer offers good wear resistance, have better physical

properties and is easier to sanitize than Nylon.

AdvantagesThe new design without central element (considerable advantage with regard to damage) for better clinical functionality and increased wearing comfort and ease of cleaning.

The Retention Z male are machined in a CNC machine and therefore the precision is maximun, unlike Nylon males is injected and is the cause of the deformations.

Disassembly

To insert the retention Z place it on top of the metal housing, face up and press hard to insert into the housing metal straight and parallel until it clicks. The Retention Z insert locks into place on the punch tangibly and audibly.

To remove the retainer Z, insert the part of the tool with the flange into the retention hole. Hold the metal housing with your hand and perform a lever movement to extract it.
