About:Held each fall since 2000, this exclusive PDCA program presents modern approaches to maximize and promote the increased use of driven piles through a series of engineering-focused presentations.

Who Should Attend:The conference is primarily designed for geotechnical, structural and civil engineers; contractors; and other firms or individuals who conduct business, support or are associated with the deep foundations, earth retention and/or the driven pile industry. Licensed PEs will earn nine professional development hours (PDHs) by attending this conference.

What You Will Learn and Experience: The conference will consist of 12 technical sessions, 45 minutes each, addressing the four topics of E4: Economy, Efficiency, Environmental, Effectiveness. Attendees will learn the advantages of using driven piles as a foundation element for various types of projects as well as current industry research and technology. A series of presentations with an engineering and contracting focus will be featured, including presentations that showcase the Pacific Northwest (PNW) and other non-PNW presentations that follow the conference theme.

Exhibitor Registration: Registration includes one full conference registration and exhibit space, a six-foot skirted table, electrical outlet, two chairs, a wastebasket and wireless Internet access. The Exhibit Hall is limited to 25 spaces. Exhibitors have the opportunity to select their booth number, and reservations will be confirmed on a first registered/paid-in-full and available basis. Fees:PDCA Members / Supporting Organizations: $600.00 Additional Exhibitors (Same Company): $400.00Non-PDCA Members: $700.00

Additional Information for Exhibitors: Additional exhibitor attendees are required to register for the conference. Exhibitors are expected to set up and break down at requested times.

Exhibitors are responsible for shipping items to the hotel for the Exhibit Hall. Package handling charges shall be assessed for materials received by the hotel in advance of our event date. Charges will be $3.00 per package. When shipping packages to the hotel, please ship to arrive no more than three days prior to the event. In the event your packages arrive earlier, you will be charged $25.00 per package/per day. It is each exhibitor’s responsibility to ascertain that your packages have arrived. All containers or boxes will need to be stored in each exhibitor’s area.

Room Rate: PDCA has secured a conference rate of $189.00 plus tax for reservations made through Friday, August 25, 2017 (subject to room rate availability, including pre/post nights).
