• Do they have a Brief explanation of topic that catches your attention or interests you in the topic of the alleged link of vaccinations and autism?

• Is there a “Thesis statement” that states their opinion?

• Is their opinion clear?

Supporting Paragraph(s)• Do they explain the issue?

• Do they CLEARLY explain it?

• Do they use APA citation format for all facts they use? (Name year)

• If they use quotations from articles, do they cite them properly? (Name year, page #)

• Do they clearly describe both sides of the argument/issue
