PERSCO’s primary mission Responsible for knowing how many US

personnel are stationed at Mismas Air Base Request extensions and replacements when

needed to accomplish mission requirements

Responsible for reporting to Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC)

Must be accomplished within 4 hours AFPC activates local Casualty

Assistance Representative (CAR) team to notify member’s family

Casualty Operations

We want to be the first ones to inform the family, not CNN/Fox News

Follow-up messages occur as patient’s status changes or member has returned to duty or departed location
