My name is Helen Liu, and I recently completed the Bachelor of Design (Hons) at COFA, where I majored in Textile and Graphic design.

If based on your definition of amazing as in “someone who LOVES what they do”, then I would say confidently, I’m Amazing!

I have a heart full of passion and a thirst to contribute and grow in a dedicated design team. Nothing ticks me more than carefully considered design that serves a purpose.

CLOUD BROCADE RESEARCH INSTITUTEtraditionaL Weave design

Due to my ongoing hard work and quick learning, my mentor evaluated that I had grasped more knowledge of Cloud Brocade in 3 months than the average staff in one year. As a result, an opportunity was created for me to collaborate in the design of the this brocade and also engage in the weaving process.

This wallpaper collection was inspired by the lively organic movements of Rococo design. Within the curves portray elegant crashes of the sea caused by soft gusts of the wind.

Retouching process at Dan Au Photography is tedious and time consuming, but that does not stop my responsible side from tweaking every single photo until they are perfect. I have since retouched over 10,000 photos.

A selection of photos were shot in Sydney, Nanjing, Beijing, Taiwan and Singapore. I was also sponsored by Dan Au Photography to shoot the MBSFW 2012/13 S/S Collection.

Photography allows me to pay good attention to detail and cement my memories for future reflection.

Although we trust you’re enjoying the photos on disc, we would like to make your wedding experience even more memorable with us by considering getting a professional photobook.
