Coal Combustion Products consisting of Lignite Fly Ash, Lignite Bottom Ash and Synthetic Gypsum. They have many usages for many di�erent industries, such as concrete manufacturing plant, cement manufacturing plant, construction materials, fiber cement as well as the agro-industry. EGAT has conducted researches on these “Coal Combustion Products”, developing them into raw materials for various products. Production processes are very well controlled, to make sure that we have good raw material that meets the grade standard from leading industries. Also this concept help reduces the depletion of natural resources, as well as saving the environment.

วัตถุพลอยได ประกอบไปดวย เถาลอยลิกไนต เถากนเตาลิกไนต และยิปซัมสังเคราะห ซึ่งเปนผลิตผลจากโรงไฟฟาถานหิน สามารถนำไปใชประโยชนในอุตสาหกรรมตาง ๆ มากมาย อาทิ อุตสาหกรรมผลิตคอนกรีต ปูนซีเมนต วัสดุกอสราง ไฟเบอรซีเมนต ตลอดจนอุตสาหกรรมการเกษตร กฟผ. ไดทำการวิจัยวัตถุพลอยได และนำไปพัฒนาเปนสวนผสมผลิตภัณฑตาง ๆ โดยมีการควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตทุกขั้นตอนใหมีคุณสมบัติที่เหมาะสม ไดรับการยอมรับจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมชั้นนำใชเปนวัตถุดิบในกระบวนการผลิต นอกจากนี้ยังเปนการชวยอนุรักษทรัพยากรธรรมชาติของประเทศ และรักษาสิ่งแวดลอมอีกดวย

01 I เถาลอยลิกไนต

EGAT’s Lignite Fly Ash is classified in Class C under the ASTM C618 standard. It has round shape, with particle size between less than 1 micrometer (0.001 m.m.) up to 150 micrometer (0.15 m.m.), specific gravity between 2.00-2.60, free lime less than 4% and sulfur trioxide (SO3) less than 5%. Lignite Fly Ash has excellent Pozzolanic properties (good cementing properties) and is an excellent substitution of Portland Cement Type 1.

เถาลอยลิกไนตของ กฟผ. จัดอยูใน Class C ตามมาตรฐาน ASTM C618 ลักษณะทั่วไปเปนทรงกลม มีขนาดเล็กกวา 1 ไมโครเมตร (0.001 มิลลิเมตร) จนถึง 150 ไมโครเมตร (0.15 มิลลิเมตร) มีคาความถวงจำเพาะอยูระหวาง 2.00-2.60 คา Free Lime ไมเกิน 4% และซัลเฟอรไตรออกไซด (SO3) ไมเกิน 5% เถาลอยลิกไนตมีคุณสมบัติเปนสารปอซโซลานหรือตัวเชื่อมประสานที่ดี จึงสามารถนำไปใชทดแทนปูนซีเมนตปอรตแลนดประเภท 1 (Portland Cement Type 1) ไดเปนอยางดี

02 I Lignite Bottom AshLignite Bottom Ash is black with particle size between 0.1 to 10 m.m., excellent drainage and ventilation. The specific gravity is 3-5 and moisture content is between 15-20%. The property of Lignite Bottom Ash is very similar to sand. Moreover, the lignite bottom ash grinding property is equal to lignite fly ash property which can be used in concrete industry.

02 I เถากนเตาลิกไนตเถากนเตาลิกไนต มีสีดำ ขนาดอนุภาค ต้ังแต 0.1 ถึง 10 มิลลิเมตร มีคุณสมบัติท่ีดีในการระบายน้ำ และถายเทอากาศ มีคาความถวงจำเพาะ 3-5 และคาความชื้น 15-20% โดยคุณสมบัติของเถากนเตาลิกไนตมีความคลายกับทราย นอกจากนี้เมื่อนำเถากนเตาลิกไนตไปบดจะมีคุณสมบัติเทียบเทากับเถาลอยลิกไนต

03 I Synthetic GypsumSynthetic Gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O) is yellow with purity over 90%. It is divided into 2 grade-one, firstly the controlled moisture content less than 12% and secondly the controlled moisture content less than 20%. It has the same property as Natural Gypsum with fine and consistent texture.

03 I ยิปซัมสังเคราะหยิปซัมสังเคราะห (CaSO4·2H2O) มีสีเหลือง และมีความบริสุทธิ์มากกวา 90% แบงเปน 2 เกรด คือ ยิปซัมสังเคราะหความชื้นไมเกิน 12% และ 20% มีคุณสมบัติเชนเดียวกับยิปซัมธรรมชาติ และมีเนื้อละเอียดสม่ำเสมอ
