Approve

the creation a new Parks and Conservation Lands Division within the Environmental Protection Department from the merger of the Parks and Recreation Division and the Land Conservation Division;

authorize the creation of two new positions in the new Division;

and authorize the County Manager to take necessary actions to fully execute the merger by October 1, 2013.
