project site will be developed as per the local

building by-laws. So, no new land use will be

MT/yr E-waste will be generated after 4-5 years.

The principle idea of E-waste management is to

recycle the E-waste generated. Authorized

vendors of electronic goods will take back their

old equipment/cartridge/toner rolls etc. and pay

some concessions on the new equipment. On

the other hand, reusable material like

cartridges/toners will be refilled and reused.

Outdated computers/ fax/ phones etc. will be

value added and sold to downstream uses

through resellers. These arrangements will be

made with existing CPCB authorized vendors to

simultaneously & effectively reduce the quantity

of E-waste generated and also to generate

substantial revenue for running the management

system. Whatever E-waste left, will be collected

separately in HDPE drums and will be stored in

special containments, onto puckka platforms

and under lock and key. The collected e –waste

will be handed over to the CPCB authorized

vendors for further disposal.

During construction phase only sewage

generated from office toilets and same will be

treated and disposed through soak pits via septic

tanks.

During operation phase 336 KLD waste water

will be generated which will be treated in the

and green area development excess water will

be drain in municipal sewage line after

permission.

Dewatered/ dried sludge from STP will be used

as manure in horticulture.

be stored in HDPE tank properly and will be

857 D.U. with 86 servant unit proposed in

project.

project site is well connected by road, So no

is well connected by roads to whole of the city,

processor. Suitable care will be taken so that spills

8.1 From explosions, spillages, fires etc

No The entire building shall be designed as per

N.B.C. guidelines of India pertaining to fire

hazards. They will apply good construction

safety practices at the project. All precautionary

measures will be adopted and use of protective

footwear and helmet will be mandatory.

However, to meet out the minor incidences and

accidents first aid measures at site will be

provided.

Fire safety measures include Fire extinguishers,

Water tanks, Yard hydrants, hose reels,
