The regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners was brought to order by Chairman, William J Novotny, III at 9:00am on Tuesday May 4, 2021. Attending were Commissioners Linda Greenough and Robert Perry, Commissioner’s Assistant Ashlea Bassett, Deputy County Attorney Barry Crago and County Clerk Vicki Edelman.

Perry moved to approve the minutes of the April 27, 2021 special meeting. Greenough seconded; motion carried.

Greenough moved to authorize Chairman Novotny to sign Resolution #657, a resolution to amend the FY20-21 budget in the amount of $87,808.00. Perry second-ed; motion carried.

Greenough moved to authorize Chairman Novotny to sign Resolution #659, a resolution to amend the FY20-21 budget in the amount of $43,000.00. Perry second-ed; motion carried.

Perry moved to authorize Chairman Novotny to sign the Amendment to the 2020 HLS Grant to fund a gen-erator purchase. Greenough seconded; motion carried.

Greenough moved to approve the one-day catering permit to Taylor’s Invasion Bar for the extreme bull riding event at the Johnson County Fairgrounds on May 8, 2021. Perry seconded; motion carried.

Perry moved to approve the dates of May 12 thru May 15, 2021 for the county wide cleanup. Greenough seconded; motion carried.

Greenough moved to approve the mineral bankrupt-cy attorney’s fees in the amount of $35,762.75. Perry seconded; motion carried.

Perry moved to approve the April vouchers in the amount of $290,547.45. Greenough seconded; motion carried.

Greenough moved to go into Executive Session regarding potential litigation at 9:30am. Perry sec-onded; motion carried.

(CMP001619) to modify the Orbit 12 SESW PAD (F029352) with the addition of a vapor recovery tower and electrically-driven vapor recovery unit, with one reboiler overheads condenser, one TEG flash tank separator, one vapor recovery unit and one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration unit, pneumatic pumps, vapor recovery tower and truck loading, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 12, T47N, R78W, approximately twenty-five (25) miles north-northeast of Sussex, in Johnson County, Wyoming.
