Florida Voter Registration Record Extracts 1. Content: These extract files are created monthly from data in the Florida Voter Registration System (FVRS). The files are in tab-delimited ASCII text file format and specifically contain: Official voter registration information. This file is pulled from data in the Florida Voter Registration System regarding officially registered voters in Florida. The information of voters who have requested address confidentiality pursuant to chapter 119.071, F.S. is not included. Voting history information. This file is derived from county-specific voting history reports that the supervisors of elections submits to the Division of Elections for his or her respective registered voters in their county. Therefore, you may notice in some cases, that voter ID numbers found in a county’s voter history file that do not have a corresponding ID in the county’s voter extract file are for those voters that have moved to another county after voting. Thus, their voter registration information will be located in that county’s voter extract file. This file does not include voting history predating 2006, nor voter history information for persons who have requested address confidentiality. Disclaimer: Official voting history for each voter resides with the custodian of the official record, i.e., the supervisor of elections in the county where the voter voted, not where the voter may have moved after voting. The Division cannot warrant the content or accuracy of the voting history data, and any discrepancies in the voting history file must be resolved in favor of the voting records with the supervisor of elections in the county where the voter voted. 2. Contact: For any questions regarding official voter registration information, contact the Florida Division of Elections, Bureau of Voter Registration Services at 500 South Bronough Street, Room 316, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0250, or at 850.245.6590. For questions regarding official voting history, please contact the Supervisor of Elections (http://election.dos.state.fl.us/SOE/supervisor_elections.asp ) in the county where the voter has voted, or in the case of a voter who has moved, the counties where the voter voted over time. 3.
