Championships Event of drivers in accordance with the Code, the rules of FIA Rallycross events,

the General Prescriptions for the Championship and this Regulation (and possibly any other

regulation issued in writing by the organisers).

6.6 Le nombre de partant est fixé à 120.

7 DROITS D’ENGAGEMENTS

7.1 Le montant des droits d’engagements est fixé à : 1ère date de clôture 13 avril 2012 200 € (tout inclus).

2ème date de clôture 20 avril 2012 300 € (tout inclus).

8. ASSURANCES

8.1 Conformément à la loi Française, les organisateurs ont souscrit une police d’assurance de responsabilité civile

pour les manifestations des véhicules terrestres à moteur. auprès du Cabinet d’Assurances J.P. MAILLARD

Le montant minimum des garanties prévues par la police d’assurance visée à l’article R 331-10 du

code du sport est fixé : -Pour la réparation des dommages corporels autres

que ceux relevant de la responsabilité civile

automobile à 6 100 000 €. - Pour la réparation des dommages matériels autres

que ceux relevant de la responsabilité civile Automobile, à 500 000€ par sinistre.

6. APPLICATIONS - ENTRIES 6.1: Anybody wishing to take part in the Event must

send the attached entry form duly completed to the

6.6 The number of starters is set to 120.

8. INSURANCE

8.1 Under French law, the organizers have endorsed a policy of liability insurance

for manifestations of land motor vehicles. to the J.P MAILLARD Insurance office

11.4 Numéros de Compétition

Les numéros de course seront attribués comme suit :

Pour toutes les Divisions : n° 1 - 99 Les numéros de compétition sur le toit seront noirs sur

un fond blanc. Le fond blanc sera de35 cm sur 35 cm. Les numéros auront une hauteur minimum de 25 cm.

Deux panneaux de portières avant de 70 cm de longueur

sur 20 cm de hauteur dont 1 cm de bordure blanche. Chacun de ces panneaux comprendra obligatoirement

Sur sa partie avant un espace réservé au numéro de course qui sera noir mat. Les chiffres, d’une hauteur

de 16 cm et d’une largeur de trait de 2 cm, apparaîtront

du pilote. Chaque panneau sera placé à l’horizontale sur le bord

d’attache de chaque portière avant, le numéro sur le devant. Le sommet du panneau devra se trouver

entre 7 et 10 cm en dessous de la limite inférieure de

la vitre. Aucune signalisation autre que la livrée de la voiture ne devra être placée à moins de 10 cm de ce

panneau. Le nom du pilote d'une hauteur comprise entre 6 et

10 cm figurera sur la partie inférieure des vitres arrière

gauche et droite de chaque voiture de course. Une hauteur de 12 cm devra être laissée à la

disposition des organisateurs, qui pourront l’utiliser à des fins publicitaires.

V. DÉROULEMENT DE L'ÉPREUVE

14. QUALIFICATION

Il y aura 5 tours dans les manches qualificatives.

15. FINALES Il y aura 6 tours lors des Finales.

16. GÉNÉRALITÉS 16.6 Signalisation par drapeaux

Si un pilote se voit présenter le drapeau noir au cours d'une Manche, il devra regagner le paddock ou un autre

endroit (à spécifier) sur-le-champ; lors d'une Finale,

il devra regagner le parc fermé ou un autre endroit (à spécifier).

20. RÉCLAMATIONS - APPELS

20.1 Toute réclamation sera déposée selon les prescriptions du Code. Toute réclamation doit être faite

par écrit et remise au Directeur de Course ou à son

adjoint ou, en leur absence, à un Commissaire Sportif, accompagnée d'une somme de € 500.

Si la réclamation rend nécessaire le démontage et le remontage de diverses pièces d'une voiture,

11.4 Competition numbers Race numbers will be allocated as follows:

For all Divisions: No. 1-99

Competition numbers on the roof will be black on a white background. The white background will de35 cm

x 35 cm. The numbers have a minimum height of 25 cm.

Two front door panels of 70 cm in length and of 20 cm height and 1 cm white border.

Each of these panels shall comprise a matt black

competition number box which shall always be at the front of the panel.. The figures 16 cm height and with a

shoke width of 2 cm numerals will be fluorescent yellow (PMS 803). The remainder of this panel window

will show the Division and the National Flag of the driver.

Each panel will be placed horizontally at the heading edge of each front door, the number on the front.

The top panel must be between 7 and 10 cm below the lower limit of the window. No signs other than the color

scheme car shall be placed within 10 cm of top panel.

The driver’s name from a height of between 6 and 10 cm

will be placed on the lower part of the rear windows left and right for each race car.

A height of 12 cm should be left to the availability of the organizers, who can use it

for advertising purposes.

V. RUNNING OF THE EVENT 14. QUALIFYING.

There will be 5 laps in the qualifying heats.

15. FINAL There will be 6 laps in the finals.

16. GENERAL 16.6 Signalling by Flags If a black flag is shown during a heat the driver has to go to the paddock or any other place immediately (to be

specified). During a final the driver has to go to the Closed Park or such other place immediately (to be

specified)

20. PROTESTS - APPEALS

20.1 All protests will be lodged in accordance with the

code. All protests must be made in writing and handed to the Clerk of the Course or his assistant or in their

absence to any of the stewards of the meeting together accompanied by € 500 the amount of. If the protest requires the dismantling and re-assembly of different parts of a car, the claimant

VII. PRIX ET COUPES

21. PRIX La cérémonie de podium sur le circuit aura lieu

immédiatement après les courses. Les vainqueurs

des 1er, 2ème et 3ème prix doivent être présents et porter leur combinaison de course. S'ils ne participent pas à

cette cérémonie et/ou s'ils ne portent pas les vêtements appropriés, ils seront pénalisés par la perte

de toute récompense en argent / avantage associé(e) à la position correspondante à la fin de la course.

La remise des prix aura lieu à 18H30 à la structure

V.I.P. du circuit. Les Prix seront remis en euros.

VIII. AUTRES INFORMATIONS 22. Extincteurs

A l'intérieur du paddock, chaque pilote doit s’assurer qu’un extincteur de 5 kg d’une pièce est disponible

dans la zone réservée à son équipe.

23. PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT

Il est demandé à chaque pilote de faire en sorte

Qu’une feuille de plastique (de 4 mètre sur 5 au maximum) soit placée à l’endroit réservé à son

équipe ou des travaux seront entrepris sur sa Voiture, et ce afin d’éviter toute pollution en cas

de fuite accidentelle.

VII. PRIZES AND CUPS

21. PRIZE The podium ceremony will take place on the circuit

immediately after the races. the winners of the first, second and third prizes must be present and

wear the overall of their race. If they do not participate

in the ceremony and / or if they do not have the appropriate clothing, they will be penalized by the loss

of any cash award / benefit associated to the corresponding position at the end of the race.

The award ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the

VIP structure of the circuit. The awards will be presented in euros.

VIII. OTHER INFORMATION

22. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Each driver is responsible for ensuring that a single piece fire extinguisher of min. 5 kg is available within

his own team's area inside the paddock.

23. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

Each driver is requested to ensure that a plastic sheet (minimum dimensions 4 metres by 5) is spread on the ground in the place reserved for his team where work is to be done on his car, in order to prevent any pollution in case of an accidental leak, etc.



24. RESPONSABLE DES RELATIONS AVEC LES PILOTES

Le chargé des Relations avec les pilotes sera reconnaissable grâce à sa chasuble de couleur.

25. AUTORISATION Le présent Règlement a été agréé par la FFSA
