¤  I set up my own enterprise in Cambodia in 2011. ���

I knew Cambodia for shooting TV commercials and music videos, since 2006, i saw the country emerging. ���

2011, was a lucky year,.���

I got the chance to produce for Louis Vuitton a TV digital advertising campaign at SIEM REP.���

The egerie of the luxury bag brand was Angelina Jolie, the experience unique, , I never left the Khmer country since, and Cambodia becomes my second home.���

Looking backward it was really good timing to start real estate business. ���

Today the potential in term of good services real estate orientated is impossible to predict, therefore some indicators shows than the only city of Phnom Penh could absorb in the next 5 years between 2000 and 5000 real estate agents jobs…���

Meanwhile we are less than 300 licensed agents in our national association CVEA* (Cambodian valuers and real estate agents association)���

The gap is big. ���

Our competitors are not other professional real estate companies. ���

The market escapes to all professional controls. Everyone from the tuktuk driver, to the installed business woman, take his, her chance to introduce a property to a client and getting commission paid as reward for these introduction. These short term vision of doing business creates issues, and slow down the transactions, today all licensed companies are sharing a skinny 5% of the multi-million fat transaction market���

Lets facing it, on a daily basis, 25 employees are not managing properly the 600 annual client demand especially for the rentals requests.Professionals willing to do their work endorsing their

responsibilities, individuals, able to serve clients and owners with focus, are not able to supply the customer demand.���
