Join in the movement

• One of the very good events ever happened in AIESEC school of commerce.

• The event is intended to change the previous routine when the time recruitment comes, which was just allowing applicants to get to know to AIESEC in there ways and interview them.

• So basically it avoids that custom and makes us an event just to tell all interested person about AIESEC enough to inspire them and apply to membership.

The venue for the event was at Addis Ababa

university School of Commerce auditorium.

AIESECer VS Non-AIESECer simulation. The main plan of the

session was to just pick two peoples randomly from the crowd,

which one of the person intentionally to be an AIESECer so

after the simulation the participants will notice what does it

mean to be an AIESECer of course after they are told who is an

AIESCer. But apparently the plan amazingly fail. The girl in the

picture which is from the participants showed a great

performance over the AIESECer boy. It was a very good moment

actually which shows us we have a very good promising peoples

from the participants.

The other part of the event was the

experience sharing including team

leader and Internship experience

• JOIN IN MOVEMENT 2015 was a successful, organized and met it’s target.

• At the end of the event we were immediately out of application papers, so that we have to print again.

• One of the things that should be taken as note is that there is a great potential in AAU School of commerce, So if we were able to do a better promotion and program the time of event in away that don't collide with interested students it was possible to have a lot more people that we had.
