Symptom

SC899 occurs if the MFP is accessed from WIM after receiving an IP-FAX.NOTE: “bmlinksd” is shown on SMC 7990.

Cause

Firmware bug

SolutionUpdate the Network Support firmware to ver.10.55 or later.
