At our school, we make sure our students are exposed to technology in many ways.We have Technology classes as well as a STEM club. Students learn how to uselaptops, Ipads, and interactive boards to complete many different tasks. ThroughMobile Maker kits from BOCES, we give our students a chance to work with robots,drones and other hands-on technology.

Technology Classes K-6Playing educational games on the Ipads like Teach Your Monster to Read.

Using the ViewSonic Interactive Board, students get to interact to create,answer questions and learn about Digital Citizenship from Common SenseMedia.

Through technology classes, students use laptops to learn how to explore theWeb, go to Google Classroom, create projects and develop their computer skills.All students learn how to use programs that involve word processing, slideshows,and creative projects. Also, through keyboarding programs, students learn theimportance of being able to type on a keyboard correctly and quickly.
