Complete the sample workout to feel how varying the different components of a physical activity can be used to improve Health-Related Fitness.

The video includes a 3 min warm up followed by a 17 min ladder style workout which requires no equipment. Play the video and follow the instructions on the screen!

Try it or modify it to suit your needs! If possible, you can structure it as a daily routine at the start, middle or end of the day. It takes only 20 minutes!

Remember to continue daily exercise to stay healthy and strong!
