Provisions

All sposorships will be cormed by a sposorship agreemet issued by DRI ad completed by the rm/compay

represetative. Fees are o-egotiable/o-refudable. Paymet must be received at the time of sigature i order

to reserve the sposorship. no refuds will be issued uless the semiar caot be held. Semiar dates ad evets are

subject to chage. Sposors will be otied.

Sposorship of ay of the activities covered herei is limited to the sposorship of oe evet per semiar, ot the

semiar itself. Joit sposorship opportuities are available for most evets, subject to the approval of each potetial

joit sposor ad DRI, i advace.

DRI limits the umber of sposors per semiar ad evet i order to maximize the exposure of the sposorig rm/

compay. DRI reserves the right to declie ay oered sposorship regardless of past participatio.

Sigature o the agreemet represets acceptace of all rules set forth here. I the evet of re, strikes, riots, civil

commotio, acts of God, war or other uavoidable circumstaces rederig it impossible or impractical for DRI to

perform this agreemet, DRIs performace uder this agreemet shall be excused. I such evet, all paymets made

by the sposorig rm/compay shall be refuded i full.

Endorsements

Sposorship of a DRI semiar does ot costitute a edorsemet by DRI, or does it imply co-sposorship of the semiar.

Signage

DRI will provide all sigage for sposored evets. I order to have the compay/rm ame listed, it must be icorporated

ito the logo that is submitted to DRI. For semiars with multiple sposors, some additioal sigage may be used to

recogize all sposors. Corporate logo baers or promotioal items may ot be used uless approved by DRI i advace.

Sponsorship Renewal Policy

DRI sposors are provided with a ivitatio to reew their curret sposorship for up to three cosecutive years.

Withi 30 days followig a semiar, sposors will be oered the optio to accept or declie a right-of-rst refusal email

ivitatio. The optio is available for a period of o loger tha three weeks.

If a sposor does ot accept their right-of-rst refusal ivitatio durig this period of time, the optio to reew is lost

ad the sposorship is ope to the public o a rst-come, rst-serve basis. Sposors are resposible for cotactig

DRI directly to secure sposorships that become ope to the public.

Oce a sposorship is reewed, sposors may upgrade to aother available sposorship up to six moths prior to the

date of the semiar. After this period of time, upgrades are ot accepted. Upgrades are subject to a additioal o-

refudable fee of $500 over ad above the cost of the sposorship. To secure the upgraded sposorship, a siged

agreemet ad the $500 is due to DRI withi 15 busiess days of receivig the agreemet. Oce a upgrade is made,

sposors forfeit the right-of-rst refusal optio o the origial sposorship.
