You can pay rent via electronic draft from your account for a 50 cent fee or with a credit/debit card for a 3% fee. Even if you do not pay rent online, you can always access your ledger to see when your electric charges are posted to your account or submit a service request for your apartment. Rent is always due on the 1st of the month and late on the 5th. Your electric charges are also always due on the 1st with your rent. If not paid by the 5th, you will accrue late fees ($25 on the 5th and $5 every day thereafter until paid). Notices will also be placed in your mailboxes for your electric billing. Avoid those late fees and pay on time!

PAYING RENT ONLINE

If you have not signed up for Rent Café, please email [email protected] with your name, current phone # and apartment # and we will send you your registration code. You can pay rent via electronic draft from your account for a 50 cent fee or with a credit/debit card for a 3% fee. Even if you do not pay rent online, you can always access your ledger to see when your electric charges are posted to your account or submit a service request for your apartment. Rent is always due on the 1st of the month and late on the 5th. Your electric charges are also always due on the 1st with your rent. We are happy to receive your mail and packages for you here in the leasing office. We ask that you please make sure you have everything addressed properly to better assist us in getting your mail to you! Please use the fol-lowing format for all mail you receive:

Regular mail will be placed in your boxes located back by Phase 2 pool. If you have not received your mail key, please stop by the leasing office to get one. All packages will be received in the leasing office and you will be sent a text message and/or email notification from The Boulevard when we have your package. We ask that you please wait until you receive that notice from us before checking what has arrived. This system helps to en-sure we can efficiently track what we receive for you. We also ask that as soon as you receive noti-fication that you have a package that you please retrieve it ASAP. Anything that is perishable we do not have the means to store it right now while we are in our temporary leasing trailer. All packages and mail must be in your name or it will be returned to sender.

RECEIVING MAIL AND PACKAGES

PLACING A SERVICE REQUEST

We have the best maintenance team in Tallahassee who are committed to getting your service requests handled as quickly as possible. If you require something to be fixed in your apartment, you can call the leasing office during our business hours or log onto Rent Café and submit the request online. If it is an after hours emergency such as a leak or lock out, you can call (850) 877-6770 and choose the place service request option. Please note that emergencies consist of a flood, exterior door not locking or lock out. In the event of a fire, always call 911. Lock outs after hours are subject to a fee of $25 from 7pm until midnight and $50 after midnight.

LEASE VIOLATIONS AND FINES

The most common fines that will be issued will be for trash and our furniture on your patios or balconies. Please make sure your trash is disposed of properly in the compactor located on the right as you are exiting the front gate. Any fines issued for trash or furniture will not be waived, so please adhere to the Rules and Regulations in your lease.
