1 6/3/19 SETTING UP / ENROLLING IN A PAYMENT PLAN Here’s how to enroll in a payment plan. Please note the following: Only the student can enroll in the payment plan. Parents who have been set up with access by the student can make payments to the payment plan. The semester payment plan includes a maximum of five installments and is based on enrollment date. Fall dates are July 15 – November 15. Spring dates are December 15 – April 15 . . The first payment for the summer plan is due by the first day of classes. See the Academic Calendar for final payment due date. The enrollment fee is $35. Students and/or parents are responsible for making timely monthly payments, as there is no auto-payment option. Payments will automatically adjust when new charges are posted to the account and when/if financial aid is adjusted. If the payment plan installment is not made, a past due hold and a $20 late payment fee is posted to the account. If you do not make your payments on time, your payment plan can be cancelled and your balance will be due in full immediately. STEP 1 After logging in to Workday, select the Finances icon.

SETTING UP / ENROLLING IN A PAYMENT PLANHere’s how to enroll in a payment plan. Please note the following:

STEP 2From here, go to the My Account section and select Sign Up for Payment Plan.

STEP 3Next, select the Academic Period from the drop-down menu and click Next.

STEP 4This will take you to the Your Charges screen where you can view Your Charges and Anticipated Payments. After reviewing, click Next.

STEP 5Next, you will see a schedule of Your Payment Plan Installments. After reviewing, click Submit.

STEP 6Here, you will see a screen confirming your enrollment in the payment plan and the option to make a payment. If you opt not to make a payment at the time of enrollment, make note of when payments are due. Late payments will result in a past due hold and late payment fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONTo make a payment when you enroll in the payment plan, you will need to set up your payment elections. For step-by-step instructions see the Setting Up Payment and Refund Elections job aid. Please note: A 2.75% fee will be charged for domestic credit cards and 3.95% fee will be charged for international cards.

After you enroll in a payment plan, you can view your payment plan schedule anytime by logging in to Workday and selecting the Finances icon. From there, click on View Account Activity.
