My yoga practice began in 2002, inspired by my mother. I immediately felt the

profound benefits of yoga. It wasn't until my first visit to India in 2011 that I

decided to become a full-time teacher. I have attended workshops and teacher-

trainings with several world-famous masters and regularly spend time in India to

devote myself to the study of yoga.

My style of teaching is fluid and dynamic, I put particular emphasis onpaying close attention to the details of asanas, such as conscious alignments

and precise adjustments. The method combines strength, grace and elements from different schools of

yoga.I work with the students on physical and mental levels to encourage them to

safely let go of their self-limiting beliefs in a safe context, to help themdiscover their ability and full potential. This is a necessarily holistic approachand to support it I have continued to deepen my knowledge of anatomy and

nutrition, by completing studies in naturopathy.

M E A L SFood will be prepared with care by our friends

from Sinai Old Spices. All meals will be based onfresh locally grown seasonal fruits and

vegetables, artfully combined in a varied andbalanced menu. All meals will be vegetarian.

Meat or fish dishes will be available at an extracharge from an à la Carte menu. Vegan, gluten

free and no daisy meals requests can beaccommodated.

ACCOMMODATION

Your wonderful accomodation during theretreat will be Sinai Old Spices. Awayfrom the hustle and bustle of thetouristic areas, set at the foot of a rock,between sea and desert. Sinai OldSpices lies on the land home of thebedouin of the desert, yet only a fewminutes drive away from the livelyNaama Bay and the gorgeous beaches.

R O O M S

The whole complex is built according local tradition using

natural materials. All bedrooms are inspired - in their

names, colour scheme and decoration - to the spices that

enrich and perfume the food of this strip of land.

Surrounded by a dense vegetation, the rooms have an

independent entrance, air conditioning, satellite tv,

minibar and large bathroom. Guests will also enjoy a

relaxation area with sofas, plunge pool, a cafe, a roof

terrace with stunning views.
