Path to Well-Being

This past month we created our own bird feeders and placed them

throughout the neighboring path of the Cross Seminole Trail. Our walking

club has checked on them throughout the month and apparently both the

birds and the local squirrels are fans of our bird feeders. We will be

crafting more as we stroll into spring. This month we continue engaging

with nature as we start our own Garden Club. The group will be planting
