Your workforce can now record arrival and departure with a simple swipe of
the phone and send it instantaneously back to HQ
The user selects SmartTask Attend icon
User Logs into SmartTask Attend by swiping an ID tag
Once logged in users can record the start of their shift
NFC tags &/or Bar codes are read to record arrival and departure at client locations
Simply pass the phone over the NFC tag to record arrival and departure and send it
instantaneously back to HQ
Once successfully scanned a confirmation will appear on the screen
Supervisors are able to check staff progress by logging into the web interface
Arrival and departure data can be exported in to Excel or your existing business systems
Once all appointments are complete users can record end of shift and logout
