Athlete LO Physical Therapy is excited to team up with LOSC and OSSA to offer a new elite strength and conditioning program to help take your game to the next level. Our focus is to improve quickness, agility, strength and power specific to the demands of soccer. Our sports medicine background allows us to assess weaknesses, identify movement dysfunctions and ultimately create a more functional athlete. The F.I.T.T. (Functional Integrated Therapy and Training) Athlete program only uses evidence-based training methods that have been proven to work at all levels and are appropriate for the developmental age of the individual(s).
