Ÿ DRY TYPE TRANSFORMERS (VPI) - up to 1000 KVA up to 11KV class
Ÿ CONVERTOR TYPE TRANSFORMERS - up to 5000 KVA up to 33 KV class
Ÿ FURNACE TYPE TRANSFORMERS - up to 5000 KVA up to 33 KV class

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN
Computer aided design programs are used to determine various critical parameters in Electrical and mechanical optimization .Advanced computer programs are used in analyzing electrical and mechanical stress in Transformers.
CORE ASSEMBLY
Ÿ Core used is grain oriented steel, manufactured and designed considering the step lap method and mitred joints.
Ÿ Using optimal design and manufacturing process, air gaps are reduced between yokes and legs, reducing noise and levels.
Ÿ Core is bonded and coated with a special resin which further reduces noise and losses
Ÿ Core is sourced from quality vendors and processed on automated machines to ensure proper 45 degree edging.
Ÿ Each core is inspected and losses are measured.
WINDINGS
Ÿ All windings are made by experienced and qualified Winders with at least 2 years of experience.
Ÿ Windings are made by using either copper or Windings are made by using either copper or Aluminum.
Ÿ All windings are designed to withstand short circuits and minimize copper usage.
Ÿ Dry (VPI) type windings are made on fiber glass covering.
CORE COIL ASSEMBLY
Ÿ Windings are taken after completion and placedon individual limbs of cores.
Ÿ Proper insulation scheme, spacers and reblading, routing of cables and bus bar brazing ensured.
Ÿ Completed core coil assembly is dried for oven 24 hours at 95dgr c, until completely dry.
HEAT DRYING OVEN
The transformers windings and core-coil assembly is Pre heated in heat drying ovens.
FINAL ASSEMBLY
Ÿ Fully dried and core coils are taken and Inserted into tank.
Ÿ After tightening ,fixing and cover closure, Fittings and accessories are mounted.
Ÿ After completed the full final fittings tanks are pressure tested for 6 hours in hot oil condition.
Ÿ Transformers are painted as per customers requirement and paint thickness is checked and maintained. labling and final finishing
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Ÿ Our Quality assurancs programme includes inspection Of Materials at suppliers works and through stage inspection By using check list which ensure product .Quality as envisaged By our design and manufacturing plan.
TESTING & INSPECTION

MAINTENANCE FACILITY
Ÿ We undertakes over hauling and repairs of all makes and capacities on site and also we undertaking mobil oil filter machine 2400 ltrs / hrs.
