VAASTU HIGHLIGHTS
Opposite the MAIN DOOR there are no Staircase
flights, Lift Wells, Opposite Apartment wall corners,
Beam or Column Projections.
No Lifts or Staircases are attached to the Northeast
corner of any Apartment.
No Lift is attached to any Apartment in any corner.
Separate walls, columns are used to avoid Lif t Wells
acting like Pits.
No anti clock wise Staircase flights.
No Driveways hitting -Veedi Potu for any block of
Apartments in the wrong directions.
No Corridor Hits to any Apartment-acting like Veedi
Potu in the wrong directions.
No Northeast Cuts in the plinth area of any Apartment
or for any Block of Apartments. In fact most of the
flats have Balconies in that direction extending their
Northeast Corners.
No Toilet is attached up to the Northeast corner of
any Bedroom in any Apartment. No Toilets anywhere
near East or Northeast directions of any Apartment.
All Kitchens are placed where they belong -Place of
Agni - Southeast. All Master Bedrooms are placed
only in the South West corners.
All Blocks of Apartments separated into different
internal sites having West and South side Earth
Filling for every block. All the levels for the entire site
are Vaastu Coordinated at all floor stages including
parking floors.
To avoid PITS INFRONT OF DOORS No Cellar
excavation in front of the MAIN GATES.
Center of the site is not dug up for cellars-There is no
