St Ann’s Parish Center Building Project Update

January, 2016

Recent Activities Have Included: Learning Centers 1 and 2 (Mobile Units) The Learning Centers were completed in early December, and

are now in use! Faith Formation, and many ministries are mak-ing great use of the new spaces.

The Food Pantry is currently operating out of Learning Center 2 on a temporary basis until the Parish Center is completed.

Parish Center Building The Exterior is nearly completed! The roof and all brickwork is

complete. Interior rough-ins (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) are well

underway. Drywall began to be installed this past week. Site Work As everyone knows by now, much of the parking areas are in a

temporary condition with stone. Fortunately, site work will resume during February, where all park-

ing areas and utilities will be completed. Landscaping is coming soon! - currently scheduled for initiating

plantings in March.

Upcoming Activities: Learning Centers 1 and 2 (Mobile Units) Exterior of the Learning Centers will be painted, once the weather

warms up. Parish Center Building Complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing within interior. Complete wiring for communications and security Install all drywall, and begin interior finishes. Site Work During February, all remaining utilities and paving will be complet-

ed.
