Come Pray For Those Who Strive to Preserve Life and Property

2012 Firefighters Mass Saturday – April 21, 2012 – 7:00PM

Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi, Metuchen Bishop Paul G. Bootkoski cordially invites ALL the faithful in the Diocese to join him at the 2012 Firefighters Mass to pray for and with firefighters who serve and promote public safety in the communities and towns across Middlesex, Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren counties. Come to represent your parish and local community as we gather to support and pray for all our dedicated men and women who, as first responders, often bravely risk their own lives as they strive to preserve the life and property of others. Come, also, to honor those firefighters who have made the ultimate sacrifice through their service to others. For more information, call 732-562-2461 or visit www.diometuchen.org

A Note of Thanks Dear Friends in Christ, As the day of our ordination draws near, we are filled with joyful anticipation and look forward to serving God’s people as priests of the Diocese of Metuchen. The outpouring of love and support we experienced throughout our formation, from clergy and laity alike, has been most humbling. We wish to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your prayers. Thank you, too, for your contributions to the Bishop’s Annual Appeal which provided programs that assisted us from the early days of our discernment, through our education and formation process, and brought us to this day. You will be in our prayers in a special way on the day of our ordination and ask that you keep us in yours. With heartfelt gratitude,

Deacon Dawid Wejnerowski Deacon Jason Pavich Deacon James DeFillipps
