Recreation Summer Camps are held at various Hillsborough Township Public Schools:Hillsborough Elementary, Triangle, Woods Road, Middle School (ages 12-14yrs old),Woods Road (Tiny Camp)

Each camp provides various activities and pre-established schedules where children can make newfriends, and have fun! Our camp gives children a great summer experience that lasts a lifetime by

providing activities under the guidance of caring, well-trained staff members.

Children take part in arts & crafts, non-competitive sports & games, weekly water activities,recreational play, and themed activities. Each camp will feature entertainment activities and field

trips such as bowling trips and weekly swimming trips.

You may choose any camp location as long as your child is within the age range of the camp.

The camps will have different activities inside and outside each day. Lunch is not provided but on some scheduled days lunch will be available for an additional fee. A parent meeting will be held in June, you will be notified by email of the date and time. The camp runs from June 24,2013 until August 16, 2013, there is no camp on July 4th. The Hillsborough Elementary, Triangle, and Woods Road Summer Camp program is offered to

children ages 5 thru 11 who have finished Kindergarten. The Middle School Camp program is offered children ages 12-14 years old. The Tiny Camp Program is offered to children who are 4 and 5 years old at the start of Tiny

Camp. Parents are responsible for transportation.

CAMP REFUND POLICY

In order to receive a refund allcancellations requests for

camps must be received inwriting at least 10 business

days prior to the first day ofthe camp session, unless youare injured or medically not

able to attend camp.

Important notes for Parents

Children must have completed Kindergarten in order to attend theHillsborough Elementary, Triangle and Woods Road Camps

Children must be 12 years old at the start of camp in order toattend the Middle School Camp

Children must be 4 years old at the start of camp in order toattend Tiny Camp

Please apply sunscreen to your child before camp.

Dress for the weather and activities, wear sneakers, bring plentyof water. On water days bring bathing suit and towel. Medication We will refrigerate any medication at your request

but are not responsible for any administration or storage of anymedicine.

All campers must be signed in and out each day. We must alsohave a letter on file from the parent/guardian if someone else ispicking up your child.

Camper to Counselor Ratio is 10 to 1. Tiny Camp is 5 to 1. Our Summer Staff Members are chosen for their enthusiasm,

creativity and leadership skills. Local Swimming and Bowling trips will be scheduled for anadditional fee (excluding Tiny Camp).

Middle School Camp will have weekly day trips for additional fees.The trips are not mandatory.

Tiny Camp is a six week structured camp for four and five yearolds that is held at Woods Road School. The camp will have adifferent theme each week. (ex. Animal week). There will be

snack time each day so each child should bring a snack. The camp

is for children who have not finished kindergarten and are pottytrained. The camp will run from June 24, 2013 until August 2,2013, Monday thru Thursday.

Parents are responsible for transportation.
