IntroductionSuroboyan words are mostly rough

but Surobayan people think that’s normal. Surobayan people only care about themselves so even though you their friend they still speak roughly to you. And now Suroboyan is in DANGER of becoming extinct!!! Many Surabayan words are gone or unpopular now!!! Surabayan words are Endangered now!

Purpose of Making a Survey

To get more information on words that are rarely used and to know which words are endangered.

There are lots of Suroboyoan words that are endangered such as ndika, ndengengok, dempis, dompis, praoto, metoto, mbendadak and many more.

So this is the result of our survey of high school, elementary and also pre-elementary Indonesian teachers.
