LISA THOMAS – HUNTER SELECTION

I recently secured a new position using the services of Lisa Thomas from Hunter Selection. Being an HR Professional, it was interesting to be a part of the process from “the other side of the fence” and I have to say that Lisa was like a breath of fresh air to deal with.

It was clear from the outset that Lisa had a clear and in-depth understanding of both the role and the recruiting company which she conveyed professionally and enthusiastically. She took time to get a sound understanding of what I was looking for in my next role I felt confident that she would only suggest roles to me that were a good match for both the client and myself (something I’ve found that is not always the case in dealing with recruitment agencies). I also felt that Lisa was representing me to the client in the way that I wanted.

Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, with supportive phone calls before and after each interview, followed up with comprehensive feedback from the recruiting client once received. Lisa has a very positive attitude and is very personable, building a high level of rapport extremely quickly.

In my role as an HR Advisor, I will certainly contact Lisa should I have a vacant position to recruit for and would highly recommend her to both recruiting companies and candidates alike.
