Our range of Light Duty Steel Rollers are suitable for use in packing, recycling and numerous light duty handling applications. Rollers are of fully welded or swaged construction.

This roller can be supplied in BS, CMEA Standards, or to individual customer specifications.

Roller Finish: Standard matt black. Specific customer colours can also be accommodated. Please contact our Sales Office for more information.

Our range of Medium Duty Steel Rollers are designed for use in the Quarrying, Recycling, Mining and Power Generation Industries as well as numerous medium duty applications. The Triple Seal is proven to provide superb sealing, even in the most arduous of conditions. Rollers are of fully welded or swaged construction.

This roller can be supplied in BS, CMEAS Standards or to individual customer specifications.

Rollers can also be utilised in ATEX environments when manufactured with Anti-Static Seals and high temperature grease.

Roller Finish: Standard matt black. Specific customer colours can also be accommodated. Please contact our Sales Office for more information. Larger wall thickness can be supplied upon request.

Steel Return Rollers are designed to carry (support) the ‘return’ side of the conveyor belt and can be supplied in either Plastic or Mild Steel.

Return Belt Tracking Systems are also available. The tracking is important to prevent spillage and premature wear and system down time.

Disc Return Rollers are used where the material has the potential to collect on the surface of the Rollers which could ultimately lead to premature failure.

The Ring minimises material building up on the roller shell. To maximise longevity, routine cleaning should still be observed.

Rings come in rubber as standard. In addition Rollers can also be provided with Polyurethane Discs or a combination where the material being conveyed has an abrasive nature.

Rubber Ring Spiral Rollers are also available on request. These help to reduce “carry back” of material and are normally positioned after the Head/Snub Roller instead of a Standard Flat or Disc Return Roller.

Use of Return Rollers does not negate the fitment of adequate belt cleaning equipment.

Note: disc returns should not be used as an excuse not to fit adequate belt cleaning equipment.
