2. how to access the template
1. Download the teaching template gallery collection file from teaching with smartboard resources.2. Go to the Gallery Tab. Click on My Content. Click on Teaching Templates.3. Go to Template P and double click it.4. Use the template.
1. Double click on the columns to fill in the text.2. Double click on the items to fill in the text. You can also use images as your items.3. Select all the items and lock and allow move.4. Clone the page to make a key. Give think time. Select a student at random to identify a category and an item in the category. They must justify their answer. Repeat this process until finished. The next student can change a previous answer if they want to.
3. using the template
Select All1 Click on edit. 2 Click on Select All. This function does not select any locked items on the slide. You can also select more than one item by dragging the curser around the items.
Lock and Allow to Move1 Select an item. 2 Now click on the drop down dialog box that is on the upper right hand corner of the selected item. 3 Click on Lock. 4 Click on Allow Move. Once locked and allowed to move, students can’t open or modify the item. This feature is especially nice if students are moving items on the screen
Clone a pageMake sure you are viewing the page you want to clone. 1 Click on the page viewer. You will see a smaller page of the one you are currently viewing. 2 Click on the drop down dialog box on the smaller page in the page viewer. 3 Click Clone. You will now have an exact duplicate page and is useful in repeating an activity on a master slide.
