Vivacite Finishing School is the first of its kind endeavor in Pune,
established with a Vision of enhancing ‘Life Skills’ in individuals.
We specialise in Soft Skills and Behavioral Skills Training for Corporate, Educational Institutes and Individuals. Apart from conducting open programs, we work closely with businesses to design, develop and then deliver fully customised training programs to assist businesses achieve their goals.
We go far beyond the strict rules of etiquette and offer a fresh approach
to contemporary social as well as business skills and image management.
We teach how best to evaluate each business and social circumstance
and to respond with appropriate behaviour, depending on a variety of
cultural considerations.
We focus on using image as an effective communication tool to develop a

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Sonika Dewan, Director, Vivacite Finishing School, is an MBA in Marketing with more than 18 years of work
experience and over 8 years exclusively in training. She has been a Soft Skills and Behavioral Trainer with her
powerful corporate and social finesse. She is a certified Trainer by Dale Carnegie Training and an NLP(Neuro
Linguistic Programming) Practitioner certified by the American Board of NLP and INLPTA. She is also a
Psychometric Test Professional and a certified Learning and Development Manager by Middle Earth HR and
Carlton Advanced Management Institute. An experienced instructor competent in creating highly simulative
learning environment, a facilitator and trainer, with a diversified background in training and management.
Over the years, she has partnered with diverse institutes, organizations and corporate, providing complete
learning solutions specific to their organizational needs. Sonika has successfully conducted workshops and
training interventions from induction programs to managerial level trainings, clocking more than 9000
hours. She has had the opportunity to train more than 4000 participants, bringing about life-changing
experiences in the training sessions.
Her work experience is spread over different cities and corporate in India. She has trained corporate,
professionals, students, youngsters, entrepreneurs, ladies restarting their career alike over the years dealing
with IT Companies, Manufacturing Units, Automobile Companies, Structural Engineering Companies, E-
Commerce Companies and Educational Institutes.
She has hands on experience in global client relationship management, multi-disciplinary team handling and
