Background
There were 15 sites has been capacity upgraded by adding FSMD
Board. Those sites with medium and low utilization have been
optimized to absorb more voice traffic by changing the FMCS
parameter following the NSN recommended setting
The following parameter executed at Day : 27th December, Hour : 5
PM for 9 sites with low and medium utilization indication
3G Voice Traffic and Drop Call used as KPI indications for
monitoring purpose. CE Used Ratio Statistic for all traffic used
for monitoring instead of CE Used for Voice only due to statistic
limitation.
