VILLAGE ON THE GREEN HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION REGULATIONS

AREA: Clubhouse reservations include the lounge, billiard, & kitchen areas. The swimming pool, spa, and barbeque areas are NOT INCLUDED in the reservations and is to remain available to residents. We suggest posting "Private Event" signs at all clubhouse entrances. TIME LIMIT & CLEAN-UP: Events may begin anytime after 9:00 AM, but all guests MUST be off the premises by 10:00 PM. No more than four (4) people may remain after 10:00 PM for clean-up. Clean-up and trash removal is the responsibility of the owner/tenant making the reservation. Clean-up MUST be completed immediately after the event. Clean-up includes both restrooms and any trash left outside. Clubhouse condition will be inspected by VOTG HOA representative immediately after the event. We, also, suggest you inspect the clubhouse prior to your gathering. Since it is open to all residents prior to your use, we cannot be responsible for the condition/cleanliness. GATE ACCESS, MUSIC & NOISE: With limited on-site guest parking, please suggest other guests park on Bixby Village Drive. DO NOT GIVE OUT OUR GATE CODE. We suggest you call-forward a cell phone to let guests in or have someone at the gate. DO NOT leave the front gates open. Music and party noise should be held to a volume that will not annoy residents in adjacent buildings. Amplified music is NOT allowed. Live music is NOT permitted, but there may be special circumstances, such as a string quartet, etc. Children MUST be supervised at all times. If reserved for a wedding/reception, please DO NOT allow guests to throw rice. DEPOSIT & FEES: Please include the following with your completed Clubhouse Reservation form. Make all checks payable to VILLAGE ON THE GREEN.

1. A $100 deposit check 2. A second check depending on the number of anticipated guests:

$10 1-10 guests $25 11-25 guests $50 26-50 guests $100 51-100 guests

3. A self- addressed envelope These fees are to help fix/repair/replace clubhouse items as needed. Your deposit will be returned a week following the event, less any charges for damage, cleaning, missing items, vandalism and any costs associated to quiet the party down. Village HOA representatives will have the final determination of the condition and return of the deposit. In the event of a cancellation, please notify Sharp HOA Management @ (562) 437-4277 as soon as possible. RESTRICTED DAYS: The clubhouse may not be reserved for any of the following. They are held open for the general social activities of all residents.

From 405 S, take the Bellflower Blvd (S) exit. Turn LEFT at the light and turn RIGHT at the first light onto Bellflower Blvd. Drive approximately 2.5 miles to 7th Street. Turn LEFT onto 7th Street, and RIGHT at the first light onto Channel Rd. Turn LEFT at the stop sign onto Bixby Village Drive. Drive approximately .5 miles. VILLAGE ON THE GREEN is on the RIGHT. Follow instructions on the electronic access to call your party for access.

Take the 22 W (turns into 7th Street in Long Beach). Drive approximately 1.5 miles to Channel Rd. Turn LEFT at the light onto Channel Rd., and LEFT at the stop sign onto Bixby Village Drive.
