    FUNdamental Soccer is a new and exciting soccer program or children starting out oralready involved in soccer. This program has been created to help instill the love o thegame in a proessional setting surrounded by caring and qualifed coaches. On and o the

    feld, the program will provide a positive learning environment with the tools to create amemorable experience or everyone involved. The program has been developed to supportactive parent participation through the use o the Backyard Activity Booklet. A $35 soccer

    kit ee is required at the frst class or frst time participants. The soccer kit includes a Dinouniorm (shirt, shorts, socks) and Dino/Deana soccer ball.

    D i n o M i t e s : D i n o m i t e sHot Shots SportsDinomites uses the two characters o Dinoand Deana and takes them on a new adventure each week learning the undamentalso soccer. All o the learning is integratedinto the games, stories and play. This allows the children to learn in their natu

    ral environment while having un. Ouryoung athletes learn the important touchpoints on their Dino/Deana ball whichwill help them understand how to movethe ball. This will create a memorable soccer experience or everyone involved andit will leave everyone wanting more.

    R E G I S T R A T I O N I N F O R M A T I O NMember registration opens November 12, 2012, and will be processed ona frst come, frst served basis.Membership does not guarantee placement in a class.

    All non-members will be able to register November 19, 2012.Registration received through the mail, ax, or in person will be processedby 5:00 p.m. the next business day. The best way to ensure that yourregistration is processed immediately is by using our online registration at

    winnetkacommunityhouse.org

    M e m b e r s h i p I n f o r m a t i o nEarly registration: Members are eligible to register or all classes one week

    prior to the start o seasonal registration. Early registration can be done

    via the web at winnetkacommunityhouse.org, ax or in person at Winnetka

    Community House. Please note: early registration does not guarantee a

    spot in a class.

    Who is eligible or benefts? All amily members in your household are

    eligible or membership benefts. When registering or membership, just list

    your amily members, and they will be included or the program registra-

    tion benefts automatically when registering or classes.

    Membership renewal: Members receive a notice about one month prior

    to the expiration, so the membership can be renewed or the next year.

    Reunds or memberships will not be available.

    tion orm. Then check the box and add the membership ee in withyour registration.

    Winnetka Community House is committed to conducting its recreation programs and activities in the safest manner possible, and holds the safety of the participants in the highest possible regard. Participarents registering their child in recreation programs must recognize, however, that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in recreation activities. Winnetka Community House contrives to reduce such risks, and insists that all participants follow safety rules and instructions which have been designed to protect the participants safety. Please recognize that Winnetka Community Ho

    ot carry medical accident insurance for injuries sustained in its programs. The cost of such would make program fees prohibitive. Therefore, each person registering himself\herself or a family membecreation program/activity should review his/her own health insurance policy for coverage. It must be noted that the absence of health insurance coverage does not make Winnetka Community House autoesponsible for payment of medical expenses. Due to the difficulty and high cost of obtaining liability insurance, the agency providing liability coverage for Winnetka Community House requires the exehe following Waiver and Release. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
