Design
The design Works of MitasPolesare carried by POLENG which is one of the group companies. POLENG provides engineering design requirements of the customers by determining the design inputs and prepares the production, prototype and erection drawings performing the structural analysis using the international advanced software programs.
Design
POLENG has a team consisted of well-trained engineers and technicians in their fields. POLENG, who besides routine design works also executes research and development projects in order to increase the efficiency and product diversity within group companies, is continuously growing by supporting her team as parallel to her projects.
R&D
MitasPoles gives utmost priority to R&D activities in order to keep and developher leading positioning and quality in the sector.
Thanks to the material science which proceeds with the developing technology every day, research of new material usage in the poles, development of smart poles for smart cities, poles for the renewable energy sector, software development for increased efficiency and decreased costs and innovative designs are among these R&D activities carried out with both MITASPOLES andPOLENG.
Production
Products whose all production processes have been completed are subjected to visual and dimensional inspection by Production Quality Controllers.
All the manufacturing processes conform ; international standards and TEDAŞ (Turkish Electricity Authority) specifications.
All welders and our production process are qualified as per;EN ISO 9606-1 Qualification Testing of Welders Standard. EN ISO 15614-1 Specification and Qualification of Welding Procedures for Metalic Materials -
Welding Procedure Test.
Galvanization
12 m length pool ( the biggest in Turkey in terms of production capacity)
Fully automated, environmental friendly, highest preventions about occupationalhealth and safety.
Hot dip galvanizing in accordance with EN ISO 1461, ASTM A 123 internationalstandards.
Fasteners
Anchor bolts & studs up to 64 mm diameter and 3000 mm length, Bolts cold forged up to 24 mm diameter and 205 mm length, Bolts hot forged up to 64 mm, U and V shaped bolts, nuts and washers, Manufactured as per ISO 898-1/2 and other international standards.
