and blessings of the Easter season.
Well done to all who made the Lenten journey by attending daily Mass! After 40 days of prayer, fasting and charity, we are ready to walk in the light of Christ like the disciples who shared the joy of the Resurrection in Jerusalem, throughout Galilee and to the ends of the earth.
We are grateful to Sr. Patrick, Sr. Annunciata and all who led Morning Prayer during Lent. Thanks to the breakfast team who welcomed our secondary school pupils and to those who sponsored the breakfast! The Sacred Music which was provided for our Friday
evening Masses helped us all to lift up our hearts each week as we sought the Lord’s healing for ourselves, for our family and for friends. Thanks to the religious communities of our parish who led the Stations of the Cross on Friday afternoons. Our thanks to all whose participation and help ensured a prayerful Holy Week and beautiful Easter Liturgies.

CELEBRATION OF ANNIVERSARIES OF MARRIAGE, ST. MARY’S CHURCH, SAT 25TH MAY, 6:00PM
Couples celebrating their 25th, 40th, 50th, or 60th anniversary of marriage in 2019 are invited to a Mass of Thanksgiving in St. Mary’s on Saturday 25th May at 6:00pm. We especially welcome couples who celebrated their marriage in St. Mary’s or St. Oliver’s, and who are now living elsewhere, to return to Navan for this celebration. Please help us to prepare for this celebration by spreading the word and distributing the invitation sheet available in the churches.
