HSE Manager has briefed the last week 2 incidents (RWC and

RTA) vide the presentation of slides for the information and

precautions to be taken by the HSE Officers to avoid such incidents

in future

5 Various lagging items raised in the last HSE Management Meeting

were discussed in detail and the relevant HSE Officers clarified the

reasons and the precautions required.

Sign ages - Lack of sign ages were reported by the Management on

Site. This was discussed and came to a conclusion that the

manpower and the resources has to be provided to HSE

Department, in order to dedicate a Carpenter and Helper for the

preparation/alterations of signs required for the Project. At present

such facility is not available.

Banks Man ID – To be prepared internally - HSE Manager

authorized Ranjeet – Sr. HSE Trainer – to take necessary measures

to prepare the ID at the very earliest for the Banks Man those who

had training.

Confine Space Training to be improved. Dy. HSE Manager

suggested calling PMV to arrange ventilation, etc. to be provided.

Until such action is taken, the training to be stopped. Since last week

no training is conducted.

Mr. Bader Jarrar draws the attention to the work being done after the

duty hours and on lunch time without the coverage of HSE Officers.

He suggested that the Construction Team should inform in advance

to HSE with regard to the activity they are going to carry out after the

duty hours, in order to take sufficient measures to post the required

HSE Officers to cover the job.

10 Heat Stress – Flag system to be established. Required Items to be

ordered without delay. HSE Manager

11 Mr. Bader Jarrar pointed out the non availability of Reflection Signs

for Night Works. Action to be taken without delay HSE Manager
