From the Chairman’s Desk

“Education makes people easy to lead. But difficult to drive, easy to govern but

impossible to enslave.”

Each day when I walk the school aisle, I hear the chatter of eager minds, the

excitement from the victorious athletes, the thump of dance feet and the sound of

melodious voices harmonizing. We with a different perceptive, allow our students to

relish their childhood.

We value individualism and try to inculcate creativity, innovation and confidence.

Beside rigorous scholastic programmes, the school has mark its name in all spheres

such as art and craft, music, variety of sports, environmental conservation

activities and the list goes on…. We give our students the best possible opportunities

in order to bestow them with holistic development. Whether the student is an

introvert or an extrovert personality, the aim is to nurture the child into self-

motivated individual. We will continue to strive in producing reliable citizens of the

country who will go out into the world and make us proud.

There are challenges ahead us, however, keeping in mind our school motto:

‘Knowledge, effort and Achievement’ will surely make a great difference. I am

certain with the support of staff, parents and students the school will reach greater

heights in the years to come.

We live today in a world that is so very different from the one we grew up in, the one we were educated in. The world today is changing at such an accelerated rate and we as educators need to pause and reflect on this entire system of Education. Are our schools well equipped to prepare our children to face the challenges that the future holds? Questions such as these are factors that motivate us to go through a continuous process of reflection and hence we at WSJC work at implementing a well balanced curriculum to ensure that the children who walk into the portals of our Schools will not just love their school years but truly be prepared to face life’s challenges. It was Margaret Mead who said “Children must be taught how to think, not what to think,” and to enable this, our motto of Knowledge, Imagination and Innovation is encouraged through a holistic approach. "TO MOTIVATE THE WEAK, TO ADDRESS THE AVERAGE AND CHALLENGE THE GIFTED" is the teaching vision of our school. Teamwork is the hallmark of WSJC. Independence Day Celebration

Wendyites celebrated 70th Independence Day with great pomp and show. Veejay Kumar Beri Sir, the founder of the school honoured the occasion by being the chief guest. Flag Hoisting, Tree plantation, March Pass, Cultural Events, Honouring of hidden talent, Badging ceremony etc was done and the programme ended with the distribution of sweets.
