At we believe in good design as a way makes our society progress. Therefore our principal objective is to connect the best international young designers and architects with the most leading Chinese forms through a 1-6 month internship program.

We are a professional recruitment company specialised on the design and architecture sector.

Our team, composed of professional design-ers and architects with previous working experience in the Chinese market, pre-selects the best candidates that work with the latest software (Revit, Rhino, Grasshop-per...), considering the needs of each spe-cific position and form, so they can become part of your team through a remunerate internship program.

W@ Internship Program provide a full recruit-ment service so that you only have to let us know the specific candidate you are looking for and we take care of everything (Visa, pre-selection..).

我们是一家专业的招聘公司，专门设计和建筑部门。

我们的团队，由专业设计师和建筑师在中国市场获得工作经验，会预先选择最佳人选工作与最新的软件 (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper...)，考虑每个特定职务的需要。这样，他们可以成为你的团队的一部分，通过一个酬金实习计划。

W@ 实习计划提供了一个完整的招聘客服。你只要让我们知道你正在寻找的特定候选人，让我们照顾一切 (签证，预选…)。


SERVICES

Canditate Pre-selection:Our team, consisting of professional design-ers and architects with previous working experience in the Chinese market, pre-selects the best candidates according to your needs.

Skype interview arrangement:After we have done the pre-selection, we provide you the CVs and Portolios of the candidates and arrange a Skype interview with them.

Visa processing:One of the biggest inconveniences of having an international intern is to set up his Visa, therefore we take completely care of it.

Helping the intern to establishing and finding an accommodation:Most of the times interns find difficulties establishing and this has an impact on their work, therefore we help them to establish and find a suitable accommodation.

PROGRAM CONDITIONS

W@ asks the forms to give a minimum com-pensation of 4000 RMB per month to cover some of their living expenses. And a maxi-mum of 8 working hours per day.

服务候选人预选:我们的团队，由专业设计师和建筑师在中国市场获得工作经验，会预先选择最佳人选根据您门的需要。

Skype面试安排:预选一后，给您他们的简历和作品集，并安排一个Skype面试。

签证安排:国际实习生最大的不便就是安排他们的签证。因此，我们会照顾这一个事。

帮助实习生建立和寻找住宿:大部分的时间，实习生有问题找到住宿。这对他们的工作一定有影响。所以，我们会帮助他们寻找一个合适的住宿。

程序条件W@ 要求工作室给实习生最低的补偿是每月4000元，这样他们就可以覆盖一些的生活开支。每天最多工作 8 小时。
