They might be sitting next to you. “Because of the supportive nature of the relationship, generally you’ll be friends with your wingwoman,” says Craig. If you haven’t found your work wife yet, don’t sweat it. Finding a wingwoman can be kinda like dating. “It’s not easy to find ‘the one’,” Jackson cautions, and once you do, it might be a while until you’re ready to take the next step. Before Stephanie realised that her wingwoman was, well, her wingwoman, they spent weeks chatting in the car park after work. “We learnt more about each other and realised we were on the same page and shared similar values. Since then, we’ve had each other’s back,” she says.
