WP-GI 3600 • WP-GI 7000The Whisperpower Isolation-transformer is used to create a safe AC net on board or on the vehicle. On boats,

the ground loop is broken with this Isolation-transformer, which prevents galvanic corrosion of the metal parts.

A separate galvanic isolator is not needed. A soft-starter is integrated and necessary to prevent input surge

currents on the AC input. The unit is built according CE, UL and ABYC guidelines. Easy and independent selection

of input and output voltage: 230V or 110V and 110V dual phase. In all operation modes, the full specified power

is available. The AC output is floating or can be polarized depending on local regulations. In case the ship is in

dry dock, a temporary connection of protective earth (PE) between primary and

secondary side can easily be made inside the connection compartment.
