To live outside of your comfort zone you have to first identify it and challenge your reasons for staying in it. Then it’s time for action!

2. Define what confidence is and the role of fear in doing things differently

3. Identify the ‘dreams, goals and desires’ unmet to date – bucket list, life and career goals

4. Participate in the ‘What If’ game
