Health
1. Needs assessment study to implement services of Mobile Medical Van and other Services in the community
2. Training of NGO & Capacity building
3. Advocacy and consultancy for the PSU’s to take up Health related Projects.

5. Preparation of monitoring and evaluation report for further intervention.
6. Regular detailed reporting of the day to day activities and progress, send updates on a weekly, monthly basis
and detailed quarterly reports on project activities and a detailed quarterly report for consultations and reviews.
Education
1. The Educational related projects have been handled with direct & indirect impacts. The direct intervention
involved academics, non-academics, extra-curricular activities and treatment services whereas indirect
intervention included capacity building of teachers, parents, community workers, volunteers etc. and organizing
workshops and sensitization programs.
2. Capacity building and training of the Teachers and consultation for the parents for better impact of the Projects.
3. Effectively present information in one- on-one and small group situations to clients, and other employees of the
organization.
Skill Development:
1. Responsible for the smooth functioning of Skill development projects with partnership of various stakeholders
2. Coordinate and liaise with state and Local government with the projects in concerned location.
3. Make necessary visits to various provinces for rapid situation analysis and produce report of the situation and
the feasibility and recommendations for planning and strategy for needed areas for necessary action.
4. Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the project outlined in the work plans and to keep concerned
PSU/PSU’s informed of the quality, relevance and other important issues of the projects to manage effective
implementation to achieve targets of the set objectives.
5. Served as representative of the funding agency with implementing partners, private and public agencies, and
maintained a wide-range of professional contacts with government and non-governmental organizations.
Summary of position:
Serving for the national CSR Hub, TISS Mumbai as Program Manager I was responsible for conducting various
Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact assessment studies. Followed to that ensuring full support towards
implementation of various CSR activities PAN India. I was also responsible for strategically leading, directing,
developing, and managing various other programmes such as capacity building and in-house training program
as an effective member of the National Corporate Social Responsibility hub.
