IDEAS

I would like to create a short video showing people how to apply and use the special effects make up, I will also want to add text and backing music to this, I want to make this as it will show people who don’t really know what to do the basics of how to apply and use the different products.

I would also like to make a short animation video in the style of the media makeup students creating the makeup or doing an exam trial. This is another good way of showing people how its done.

I would like to create a radio advert advertising a brand or make-up. creating my own product and using different sound effects and talking over to advertise. I would look into different radio adverts to then go one and deciding the lay out of mine, I think this will be easy to make as long as I do the right research

MIND MAP – FINAL IDEA

I have decided to go with the idea of making a short video of showing how to apply and use different types of special effects make-up, as I want to use my own work I will have to create my own work, so by recording my self creating the different looks, I will then be able to edit all of the different videos together as well as editing them individually. I will also be able to add in images of the final look and add different sounds and text.

In the images that I have collected they is a lots of the colour red representing blood, this shows us danger and maybe that they are hurt. The backgrounds that I have collected have the colour yellow, this suggests danger again. So all of the colours that are used suggests to us that they is something bad is happening. How will your mood board influence your final product?These images that I have collected are going to influence me by making me want to create this look, with the blood and the danger it will give me ideas that I can twist and create.

Audience My audience would be teenagers to young adults. This is because young people don’t really have anything to focus on so if they have a little ‘hobby’ it will keep them out of trouble. For my secondary audience it may appeal to young children as they are forever looking up to people and want to be just like someone else.

choosing this projectShort animation • I have decided not to go with

this idea as it would be hard to get the video clips of the students to then make it in to a animation. I may not have been able to get everything and create it all in the short time that we had.

Radio advert • I have not chosen this project because I find it awkward talking and hearing my voice back so it would be hard to record the speech it would be hard to find the right person, time and place to record it so its best if I just leave it out.
