• Animals are multicellular.

• Animals move.

• They can’t make their own food, they survivefeeding on the other living things.

• Plants are multicellular.

• They make their own food through a processcalled photosynthesis.

• During this process plants absorb carbondioxide and release oxygen.

• Fungi can be unicellular or multicellular.

• Fungi can’t make their own food.

• They obtain nutrients from the remains of dead plants and animals.

- Yeasts are unicellular fungi.

- Mushrooms are multicellular fungi.

• Protist are usually unicellular, but some are multicellular.

• Most protits are found in water. • Examples:- Amoeba: unicellular protist.- Algae: unicellular or multicellular protist.

Sometimes, we said that algaes are plants becausethey make their own food through the process of photosynthesis, but they are protist.
