Class did you read the reading assignment that I have given to you last meeting? What was it again? Very good! So I guess you are all familiar with it already.

What are the healthy lifestyle that you know?Speaking of exercise, what do you feel after doing it especially if you do not practice it for a long time?Yes, you feel tired. A. Lesson Proper (Pre Lab)

Very good! So today we will be having an activity regarding on Muscular System on how it works and what it looks like. You will perform different kind of physical activities.Before we proceed, all you bags must be put in this side and your chairs in this side. You only need a piece of paper, lab manual, ballpen/pencil and cellphone for documentation on your work.

know how to use it based on your past subjects. Please be careful in handling the microscope and make sure you will not break the slides. Understood?

You will be group into three. So let’s start here . Count from 1 to 3.After counting… All 1 in this side, 2 in this side and 3 at the back. Proceed to your working area without making any noise.

Please get your materials here. Only representative to your group.

Ok listen. You are given one microscope and slides for each group right? So all you have to do is view the slide under the microscope, it’s up to you what magnification you will use. After that, take a picture on what you see and proceed to the work of other group and take pictures again. Make sure that all members are able to see the slides under the microscope, Only 1 or 2 members in each group can take a picture and just share it. You are given a maximum of 15 minutes including the sharing to complete this activity. Answer your lab manual in Procedure I.

After that, Group 1 please perform the Procedure II which are the Jump and Jump and Opposing Muscles. Group 2 perform the Clothespin Calisthenics and Group 3 perform the To beat or not to beat. Answer directly your manual while doing the activity.If you finish performing your assigned activity, Group 1 perform the group 2 activity a while ago, group 2 perform group 3 and so on until you finish all the activity. Got it? Any clarifications?
