ENGLAND

England is in north west Europe and is in the southern part

of Great Britain . It is an island country and also part of the {

United kingdom } [ U.K ] . England is the largest country in

Great Britain and the U.K .It is sometimes , wrongly used in

speak of the whole United kingdom the entire island of Great

Britain or the British isles . This is not only incorrect but can

cause offence to people from other parts of the U.K .

{ Nationality of the British people } . Nearly 84 % of the

population of U.K lives in England , mainly in the major

cities.

DOES ENGLAND HAVE ITS OWN GOVERMENT

England has not had a separate

government since 1707 when

Great Britain was established.

There is no government or

parliament just for England .

Doctor who is a TV show that is based in England

mostly everybody in the TV show are British. There

is a doctor in Doctor Who that is my favorite

doctor. His name is Matt Smith. There is this place

that they filmed and my sister Tianna went there.

It’s called Stonehenge. My sister said its

awesome . Doctor Who is my favorite TV show.

STONE HENGE

The stone henge is a bunch of rocks

piled on top of each other but nobody

knows why it was built between 3100

and 2800. It is half a mile long and 150

yards wide . My sister Tianna went

there. She said it was cool. She has

collage or university or something but

she went for about 4 weeks.

FOOD

There most common food in England is potato

chips , beef , fish and potatoes . Did you know that

Tarzan named the fish and chips because Tarzan

wanted something to eat so he wanted finch and

chimps so he told the Birtish people and the British

people thought he was saying fish and chips so yah

that’s how fish and chips were made.
